Access for Passengers with Reduced Mobility

Air Liaison primarily operates small Beechcraft 1900 aircraft, which can accommodate a maximum of 19 passengers. These planes are not designed for the safe transport of passengers with reduced mobility. However, Air Liaison is committed to providing the best possible service to ensure that passengers can travel safely.

REQUEST EVALUATION PROCEDURE

  • Receipt of the request for transport for passengers with reduced mobility.
  • Analysis of the request within 24 hours of its receipt.
  • Communication with the applicant within 48 hours of receiving the request to confirm its validity.

TERMS OF USE

To benefit from safe air travel, a passenger with reduced mobility must be able to use the stairs independently or with the assistance of someone else.

In the case where a passenger with reduced mobility needs to transport a wheelchair, the wheelchair will be placed in the hold for the flight.

REFUSAL SITUATION

If, for any reason, the request must be denied, Air Liaison is committed to providing the reasons for the refusal.

If applicable, Air Liaison will provide the procedure for booking a Medevac flight, the Medevac booking service contact details, as well as any necessary documentation to be provided.
